The Dodman family now owns a cottage near Allendale Town in the North Pennines and it is available for rentals.

Leazes Garth can sleep six people in three bedrooms: one king-size with en-suite shower room, and another king-size and double served by a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with two sofas and a multi-fuel stove, and another separate lounge. Outside has a private garden and patio area with furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the stunning country views,  as well as a large drive for parking. Leazes Garth is a wonderful choice for a rural-based holiday in North Pennines AONB, with country walks just outside the property. 

The North Pennines is a stunning upland area with wild moors and green dales. Great for hiking, cycling and driving. If this is not enough Hadrians Wall is nearby and the Lake District and Northumberland Coast are just over an hour away
